Discussing climate economics at our Business Breakfast
A fascinating lineup of speakers contributed to our excellent Business Breakfast on Thursday, hosted by the King David Foundation. With the theme ‘Pathway to Zero’, the panel discussed how businesses can take advantage of the transition to a carbon-free economy. From updated building standards for new builds, to utilising bacteria in new ways, to the possibility of future financing being linked to climate change response plans, we explored how businesses can not only create climate change solutions but benefit from them.
Thank you to our moderator extraordinaire, KDS parent and CEO of Boundless Earth, Eytan Lenko, and our panelists Stan Krpan (Solar Victoria), Anna Skarbek (Climateworks Centre) and Ben Burge (Telstra Energy) who offered their expert insights. Our gratitude to our guests and to our sponsors Gary Peer, Spotlight Foundation, Trawalla Group, ESS and Wingate for their continued support of our community. Funds raised from the breakfast will support the construction of the new Sports and Health Precinct at our Senior School. Please click here for more information about this exciting new precinct.
