A focus on innovation and creativity
This week, our Year 7s were immersed over two days in a Project Based Learning initiative, Project Slingshot, with a focus on innovation and creativity. Students hone the valuable skills of collaboration, critical thinking and communication. One of the highlights was the Rube Goldberg challenge, with students working in groups to create their their own Rube Goldberg machines. Another was the ‘runway’ show which the completed the dynamic two days of experiential learning.
